If you encounter any problems using GenoMedium please use our issue tracking site to submit the problems as new bug issues. Please search the current open issues first before submitting new ones.

You will need to login in order to submit a new issue, although anyone is permitted to search the issues on the site. You can request a user-name and password by contacting the site administrator
